Anointed music plays a vital role in the kingdom of God, and we at Christ Center Of Praise are well aware of that as our motto spells out in Matthew 21:16 “ Out of the mouths babes and sucklings God has perfected praise.”
Christ Center of Praise believes in the great commission given by
our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and in an effort to fulfill our
part, we thru the grace of God have secured a slot with the cable
company of Rhode Island, Cox Communications. Cox has awarded us an
hour free to televise our programs on the state wide inter connect
channel 14 every Thursday at 9pm to 10 pm. And so we are making use
of such a wonderful opportunity televising our services. We believe
that in the nearest future we will be able to get on the radio and
TBN, The Word Network, Day Star and other International radio and
television networks.
Bro Christian Jackson heads this ministry.
This is a group of dedicated men and women who are responsible to portray our courtesy and love to every one who attends our services as well as keeping order during every service. Sister Fatu Holt is head of the usher’s ministry.
This arm of the church caters to the needs of all women within the church. It is a place where the women come together to fellowship and share, getting to know each other better. (I John 1:6&7) Deaconess Vester Tisdell heads this ministry.
This arm of the church caters to the needs of the youth with in the church. This is a challenging arm of the church because of the day and age in which we are living. The youth are considered the future leaders of Christ Center Of Praise therefore every effort is made to invest in them and prepare them for such a daunting task. The youth are engaged in a lot of activities geared towards their spiritual, mental and physical growth such as Christian and educational learning activities as well as sporting activities. Rev. Edward Tisdell heads this ministry.
